Refund/Returns

We offer a money back guarantee within 60 days of an order if the product is not received, or if the product received is significantly different to its description. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/return. For refund/return requests, please contact customersupport@giomart.co - to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. When returning products, the buyer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note, original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
